In September 2014, Scott Logan and Chris Logan were invited to speak at the Ophthalmic Mutual Insurance Company (“OMIC”) annual regional seminar at Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri. The presentation entitled “How is Your Documentation: Lessons Learned from Litigation” explored the firm’s recent trial win in an ophthalmic injury case, as well as general risk management issues related to electronic medical records and reducing the risk of professional malpractice exposure through good charting practices.
