Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” recognizes top up-and-coming lawyers who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years. Super Lawyers magazine names attorneys in each state who received the highest point totals, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.
