Spencer joined the firm in 2025 and practices primarily in medical malpractice and business law. Spencer brings a unique understanding of what medical providers go through in their careers as he is the son of two health care professionals and has spent his entire life surrounding himself with medical providers.

Prior to joining the firm, Spencer worked in catastrophic injury and construction law after graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. While in law school, Spencer developed diverse professional skills by interning with United States Magistrate Judge David P. Rush and subsequently with United States District Judge Roseann A. Ketchmark. In these roles, Spencer attended all court hearings and prepared judicial orders and rulings for the Court. Additionally, he interned for the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office and another law firm specializing in transactional matters.

Spencer was also very involved during in law school on a personal level. He served as the President of the Federal Bar Association, President of Phi Delta Phi (a legal honors society), was the American Bar Association Representative for the Student Bar Association, a Recruitment Emissary for the law school Admissions Department, and was routinely elected by his classmates to serve as their class representative. Prior to law school, Spencer attended Missouri State University, where he graduated with honors, participated in student government, and served as the President of Sigma Nu Fraternity.  He also studied abroad at the Krakow University of Economics in Krakow, Poland.

Spencer grew up in Springfield, Missouri and now resides in Lenexa, Kansas with his fiancé. He enjoys getting to know the area, spending time with friends at new places and is proud to have made Kansas his home.
